Quick answers on refunds, delivery, and VIP through wipes.
Kits are digital and usually delivered quickly, so purchases are generally non-refundable once the kit has been granted.
- We may consider a refund for duplicate charges, failed delivery, or other exceptional cases — contact support first.
- Chargebacks without contacting us may result in account suspension.
- Full details are in our Terms of Service.
After a successful payment, your kit is queued for in-game delivery on the server you chose.
- Most purchases show up within a few minutes — join that server and type /kit to claim.
- Delivery can be delayed by a server restart, wipe, or temporary connection issues.
- If it still isn’t there after a short wait, check your dashboard purchase history and contact support with your transaction ID.
Map wipes reset world progress. VIP / kit access depends on the duration you bought.
- Lifetime kits keep access across wipes for as long as the product remains valid on that server.
- 30-day kits expire 30 days after delivery, whether or not a wipe happens in between.
- Bases, loot, and map progress are wiped on schedule — VIP does not save your base through a wipe.
